Michael joined Galbraiths as Associate Lawyer
in late 2002 after many years as the principal
lawyer with a major national trustee organisation.
Michael brings specialist Property Law experience
to the firm with particular emphasis on Residential
and Commercial Conveyancing, General Commercial
work, Family Trusts, Wills and Estate Administration.
Michael gained his law degree at Otago University
in 1976. He is married with two adult
sons. He is a keen jogger and regards exercise
and fitness as very important to the work
environment as a lawyer.

Stephen
Munro
LLB
(Partner) |

Stephen graduated from Auckland University
in 1988 and worked in several large Auckland
CBD firms. He gained experience in all
areas of law including conveyancing, family,
commercial and litigation, before deciding
to specialise in civil and commercial litigation.
Stephen spent 2 1/2 years working in London
where he furthered his litigation experience.
Stephen joined Galbraiths early February 2004
and he is responsible for the litigation conducted
by the firm.
Outside of work Stephen's time is taken
up with a young family and an old house.

Richard
Galbraith LLB

Richard practised law in Howick from 1994
and developed excellent relationships with
his clients and with the local community.
Richard retired from full time legal
practice in early 2006 but remains as a consuitant
at Galbraiths. Most of his time is now spent
developing and managing the growth of his
KeyTrack® communications software (see
www.keytrack.co.nz)
for the legal and real estate professions.

Delwyn
Barnett NZILE

Delwyn is a Senior Registered Legal Executive
with 15 years experience. Before joining
Galbraiths in 2002, Delwyn spent 11 years
with a law firm in Highland Park. Her
main areas of practice are Conveyancing,
Trusts, Wills and Commercial Law.

Glennis
Watson
NZILE

|
Glennis is a Senior Registered Legal Executive
with Galbraiths, who has worked in Law Offices
since leaving school in 1984. She qualified
as a Legal Executive in 1990.
Prior to joining Galbraiths Glennis worked
for another local law firm and has extensive
knowledge in dealing with Property Developers
in the South/East Auckland areas. Glennis
has a young family attending local primary
school and kindergarten.

Kim
Galbraith BCom |
|
Kim Galbraith graduated from Auckland University
with a BCom/ACA qualification. She then
went on to work for 15 years for a Chartered
Accountancy firm in Ponsonby as an Accountant
and as Practice Manager. Kim has been employed
as Galbraiths’ Accountant since 2002.

Grubb |
| Jenna
is a Legal Secretary and receptionist who
commenced working for Galbraiths in August
2004. She completed her MIT Certificate
in Legal Office Administration in 2000 and
prior to working for Galbraiths, Jenna worked
for a legal firm in Ponsonby.

Stacey
Johnson |
| Stacey
attended Pakuranga College before she joined
the team at Galbraiths in June 2006 as our
Office Assistant. Stacey helps to make sure
that our office runs smoothly, handling all
our general office duties and carrying out
relief reception duties when required. |
