Michael joined Galbraiths as Associate Lawyer in late 2002 after many years as the principal lawyer with a major national trustee organisation. Michael brings specialist Property Law experience to the firm with particular emphasis on Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, General Commercial work, Family Trusts, Wills and Estate Administration.

Michael gained his law degree at Otago University in 1976.  He is married with two adult sons. He is a keen jogger and regards exercise and fitness as very important to the work environment as a lawyer.

Stephen graduated from Auckland University in 1988 and worked in several large Auckland CBD firms.  He gained experience in all areas of law including conveyancing, family, commercial and litigation, before deciding to specialise in civil and commercial litigation.

Stephen spent 2 1/2 years working in London where he furthered his litigation experience.  Stephen joined Galbraiths early February 2004 and he is responsible for the litigation conducted by the firm. Outside of work Stephen’s time is taken up with a young family and an old house.

Sarah graduated from Auckland University in 1992 with a double degree in law and commerce. Sarah gained broad legal experience working in two large Auckland CBD law firms as well as two years in the banking sector in London.

Sarah then worked as an in-house lawyer for a large District Health Board where she was responsible for the organisation's commercial, property, construction and general legal work. Sarah lives in Howick and enjoys tramping and camping with her family.

Delwyn is a Senior Registered Legal Executive with 15 years experience.  Before joining Galbraiths in 2002, Delwyn spent 11 years with a law firm in Highland Park.  Her main areas of practice are Conveyancing, Trusts, Wills and Commercial Law.

Michelle is a Senior Registered Legal Executive with Galbraiths, who has worked in various Law Offices since leaving school. She qualified as a Legal Executive in 1994. Prior to joining Galbraiths Michelle worked for another local Howick law firm and has extensive knowledge in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, Wills, Estates, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Commercial Sales & Purchases.

Judith Park is a Senior Registered Legal Executive who has worked in Law Offices since leaving school in 1986. She now has over 10 years experience as a Legal Executive. She is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives. Judith’s areas of practice are Conveyancing, Commercial, Family Trusts & Estate Planning and Administration.

Jenna is a Legal Secretary who commenced working for Galbraiths in August 2004. She assists our conveyancing team with property transactions. She completed her MIT Certificate in Legal Office Administration in 2000 and prior to working for Galbraiths, Jenna worked for a legal firm in Ponsonby.

Lisa attended Howick College before she joined the team at Galbraiths in March 2011 as our Receptionist. Lisa helps to make sure that our office runs smoothly, handling all our general office duties while making our clients feel welcome.

Janene joined the Galbraiths team in April 2011 as our Practice Manager and works part time in the mornings 8.30am - 12.30pm. Janene oversees the day to day management, trust & general accounting functions of the office. Janene has worked almost all her working career in the legal accounting field.
