Michael joined Galbraiths as Associate Lawyer in late 2002 after many years as the principal lawyer with a major national trustee organisation. Michael brings specialist Property Law experience to the firm with particular emphasis on Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, General Commercial work, Family Trusts, Wills and Estate Administration.

Michael gained his law degree at Otago University in 1976.  He is married with two adult sons. He is a keen jogger and regards exercise and fitness as very important to the work environment as a lawyer.

Stephen graduated from Auckland University in 1988 and worked in several large Auckland CBD firms.  He gained experience in all areas of law including conveyancing, family, commercial and litigation, before deciding to specialise in civil and commercial litigation.

Stephen spent 2 1/2 years working in London where he furthered his litigation experience.  Stephen joined Galbraiths early February 2004 and he is responsible for the litigation conducted by the firm. Outside of work Stephen’s time is taken up with a young family and an old house.

Richard practised law in Howick from 1994 and developed excellent relationships with his clients and with the local community.  Richard retired from full time legal practice in early 2006 but remains as a consuitant at Galbraiths. Most of his time is now spent developing and managing the growth of his KeyTrack® communications software (see www.keytrack.co.nz) for the legal and real estate professions.

Kelly McCullough LLB (Hons). Kelly studied law at Auckland University and graduated with Honours in 2004. She commenced practice in Howick with Eastland Legal in January 2005 and was made a partner with that firm in September 2008. Kelly specialises in a broad range of Property and Commercial matters, Family Trusts, Estate Planning & Administration and Relationship Property. She lives locally and loves working in the Howick area.

Helen Robinson BA, LLB (Hons) graduated from Waikato University in 2000 and initially worked for a large Auckland CBD firm practicing in the areas of Corporate and Trust Law. After deciding her preference lay with Trust Law, Helen spent 5 years working for a boutique trust law firm in the CBD before moving to Eastland Legal in August 2009 to avoid the commute to the city while raising a young family in the area.

Jonathan graduated from Auckland University in 2005. After a stint in the winemaking industry, he began his legal career, working for a law firm in the Auckland CBD, before moving to practice in Howick in 2008. He specialises in Family and Criminal law, along with general Civil Litigation. In his spare time, Jonathan can be found reminiscing about his wine making days, listening to Morrissey and David Bowie.

Delwyn is a Senior Registered Legal Executive with 15 years experience.  Before joining Galbraiths in 2002, Delwyn spent 11 years with a law firm in Highland Park.  Her main areas of practice are Conveyancing, Trusts, Wills and Commercial Law.

Glennis is a Senior Registered Legal Executive with Galbraiths, who has worked in Law Offices since leaving school in 1984. She qualified as a Legal Executive in 1990.   Prior to joining Galbraiths Glennis worked for another local law firm and has extensive knowledge in dealing with Property Developers in the South/East Auckland areas.

Judith Park is a Senior Registered Legal Executive who has worked in Law Offices since leaving school in 1986. She now has over 10 years experience as a Legal Executive. She is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives. Judith’s areas of practice are Conveyancing, Commercial, Family Trusts & Estate Planning and Administration.

Nicola Stockman is a Senior Registered Legal Executive having worked in legal firms since 1990. She qualified as a Legal Executive in 1995 and has worked in East Auckland legal firms since 1997 and Eastland Legal from 2001. Her main areas of practice are Family Trusts, Wills, Estate Planning & Administration, Commercial Law and Conveyancing.

Mila Cheung is a Registered Legal Executive. Prior to migrating to New Zealand in 1998 Mila studied law and obtained a law degree from the Cheng Chi University in Taiwan. She began work as a legal assistant for a South Auckland law firm in 1999 and moved to Eastland Legal in 2005. Mila qualified as a Legal Executive in 2008. Her primary areas of work are Residential & Commercial Property Conveyancing, Sale & Purchase of Businesses, Commercial Leases, Wills, Trusts and Estates. Mila is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese.

Kristina Chisholm commenced her working career with Eastland Legal as a Legal Secretary in June 2006. She successfully completed the Certificate of Business and Computing Course in 2006 and has now almost completed her studies to obtain her Legal Executive Certificate.

Kim Galbraith graduated from Auckland University in 1983 with a BCom/ACA qualification. She then went on to work for 15 years for a Chartered Accountancy firm in Ponsonby as an Accountant and as Practice Manager. Kim has been employed as Galbraiths’ Accountant since 2002 and is now Practice Manager ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Elaine Wong first commenced work for a law practice in Newmarket in 1983. She continued to work for that firm and its successors for a continuous period of 17 years. Elaine assisted in the management of the mortgage Nominee Company and worked as a senior Trust Accountant/Office Manager, a position she held for over 11 years. Elaine then resigned in October 2000 to start a family. Elaine worked at Eastland Legal as the Trust Accountant from 2002 until the practice merged with Galbraiths in June 2010.

Jenna is a Legal Secretary and receptionist who commenced working for Galbraiths in August 2004.  She completed her MIT Certificate in Legal Office Administration in 2000 and prior to working for Galbraiths, Jenna worked for a legal firm in Ponsonby.

Stacey attended Pakuranga College before she joined the team at Galbraiths in June 2006 as our Office Assistant. Stacey helps to make sure that our office runs smoothly, handling all our general office duties and carrying out relief reception duties when required.

Deborah Timpson was a Personal Assistant for a prominent criminal barrister in Auckland for 10 years and more recently has spent the last 5 years at Eastland Legal as a Para Legal/Litigation secretary. Her specialist areas of work are in Criminal and Civil litigation.
